The poster PowerPoint presentations are intended for posting materials without a live stream. They must be uploaded to the ASC Community Virtual Platform before September 3 and will be available for all registered attendees from September 5 till September 20.
After the payment please wait until we create your personal account and send you an e-mail with a login and password to access the Conference Virtual Platform ASC Community. It can take some time.
Log in to your personal account on the Conference Virtual Platform ASC Community. Add your name, photo, country, and the name of your company.

Upload your presentation files, corresponding to your accepted abstract before September 3 following the rules posted below.
Please note, that the Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove materials uploaded by attendees in case if they are not consistent with Russian and international law, or are not relevant to the abstracts included in the Technical Programme.
Advertising materials are not allowed on the personal pages and will be removed by administrators. If you are interested in the advertisement of your company products we are welcome you to present such kind of information at EUCAS'21 virtual exhibition.
Presentation of work at the conference is required for future article consideration; however, this privilege does not guarantee publication of an article.
Uploading of the manuscript pages instead of the proper presentation satisfying the requirements listed here is not allowed.
Instructions for Oral Presentations
Oral sessions will go live focusing on discussions of the prerecorded video presentations.
All attendees have the ability to watch all video content uploaded by other participants to the ASC Community Virtual Platform in advance.
The overall duration for every live oral presentation is 15 minutes for contributed oral presentations or 20 minutes for invited oral presentations. It includes the short summary made by a speaker as well as answers to questions.
Before September 3, 2021
Pre-record your presentation in a video format. An example of a video presentation can be found here. The technical requirements to the video file are: - Duration: up to 15 min; - Formats: wav, mp3, avi, mpeg, mpg, mp4; - Maximum size: 200 Mb.
Prepare two slides with a short summary of your talk. The technical requirements for the file are: - Formats: ppt, pptx, pdf, A4, landscape orientation - Maximum size: 200 Mb.
Upload the video file and the two slides with the summary of your talk to your personal account at ACS Community Virtual Platform. This preparatory work must be done before September 3, 2021.
Check the Technical Programme schedule. Find the section, date, and time of your oral presentation.
On the day of your presentation
Be tuned to the live stream of your oral session at ASC Community Virtual Platform. Shortly before the live stream presenting authors will be asked to make a test video call to the technical support to check the video communication and sound.
The live sessions will be led by a moderator. In accordance with the Programme schedule, you will be asked to give a live talk for 5-7 minutes for a short summary of the report. Next, the presentation will continue for 8-10 minutes for answering questions and discussions. Speakers with Invited oral presentations will have 5 extra minutes.
The live stream of the oral discussions will be recorded, and the full recording will be available for playback shortly after the completion of the oral session.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
The poster presentations are intended for posting PowerPoint presentations without a live stream.
All posters uploaded to the ASC community Virtual Platform will be available for registered attendees beginning from September 5 till September 20.
During the days of the conference (September 5 - 9) all registered attendees will have the possibility to communicate via chat or matchmaking or to organize their own webinar rooms.
Prepare the presentation of your report corresponding to your accepted abstract using PowerPoint (an example can be downloaded here). The technical requirements for the file are: - Formats: ppt, pptx (with or without animation), pdf, A4, landscape orientation - Maximum 15 slides - Maximum size: 200 Mb.
